If you receive a drone or accessory that is damaged or faulty, we will gladly replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Our store does not accept returns or exchanges. Once an item has been received, it cannot be returned. We can only offer replacements at no additional cost if the following conditions are met:
Items are faulty – damaged, broken, or defective upon arrival.
Parcels are lost in transit.
In some cases, items may be misrouted or delayed by the courier (e.g., USPS or local postal services). Don’t worry – sometimes this happens, and we will happily resend the item at no additional cost to you. However, these orders will not be eligible for refund claims.
FLYPRO will not be held liable for any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all information you provide is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses or delivery issues.

FLYPRO will not be held liable for packages that are returned to sender. Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct shipping address; otherwise, the package will not be delivered.
Once the item is received back at our warehouse, we can repack, relabel, and reship it. However, please note that doing so will require an additional cost.
Processing and shipping costs are usually half of the order total, so please double-check the information you provide. If you believe you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately to correct the mistake.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Please send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason for cancellation.
We do not accept cancellations outside the 24-hour window and/or due to standard shipping times. Please note that our standard shipping details are posted in each product description; therefore, all customers should be aware of this before placing an order.
All approved refunds will be processed within 24–48 hours before the funds are reflected in your bank account.
⚠️ Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Instead, email us with your concern and attach a picture of the item(s), including the serial number, size tag (if applicable), and original packaging, within 48 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Our team will inspect/verify the photo(s) before issuing a replacement. FLYPRO reserves the right to refuse any replacement or refund if the request does not meet the above criteria.
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Recheck your bank account.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Contact your bank – processing times vary.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
